The hands are quite well, but the teardrops on the picture are what got to me on this work, as well as the refection of the right hand on the gloss of the photo. This certainly defines the 'thousand words' a picture can hold.

I would say lazy instead of minimal. But sometimes I think this kind of style works for these types of pictures. Like polishing and refining stuff would not work as good.
