I actually drew this picture while staying over at *Indyghost 's house. She happens to have Paint Tool Sai (I'm so envious! D:<), so I definately took advantage of that. I actually sketched the head of the cat in M.S. Paint, (with a mouse, no less!) then outlined the head in Sai, decided to add a body and wings and outlined those too, did all of the flat colours in Photoshop (that took longer than everything else put together) and shaded it in Sai.

I'm REALLY amazed at how this turned out. If you have seen most of my artwork, you will know that it's not cartoony, but it's definately NOT realistic. And yet LOOK at this picture! I'm so proud of myself!!!

If you'll remember, I made a journal a long time ago about me trying to improve my artwork. I'm still working on that, and as you can see, I'm accomplishing alot!! I hope my artwork continues to benefit from my hard work and determination to improve its quality!
