Description i swear i havent fallen off the earth! Just doing a 3 hard drive clean lately and helping out someone else with some art stuff which is cool, gives me something different to do as well as learn photoshop a bit better.

This one is an oldie i found on one hd, but one of the oldies when you know is going to take a loooong time to render so you quietly put it away until one day you find it again, or something.

Really nice, but reminds me somehow of Halo 4. I dunno, it kinda looks a little like this one level in the game.

thanks dmaland!! really took ages to render though, i had a snooze. I have also almost finally worked out that Vue is not Bryce, i am getting the hang of it. But after that happened i worked out that i would like to paint in photoshop - sigh - !! is there not enough time in the day for these things that your brain wants to do?? Hope you are well, a big ol from me

I think that waiting for renders is my least favorite part of art. It's the piece of work that can take forever, yet you aren't actively participating.

Drives me crazy.

I definitely wish that I had more time to get through all the things I want to get through.

Great Gadzooks! Very cool!
Yeah, with those long fooking renders - I tend to do them to hd when I'm going to call it a night; if they're more than a 24 hour render; I just open a new Bryce window, WTF, I've ran 6 renders at a time- just a thought Nat

ROFL 7 days??? my pc would have restarted itself 3 times over that i did a Vue render once that would have taken 24+ hours or so of a volcanic lake - middle of the night i heard all sorts of bs coming from the pc but in my sleep i thought 'deal with it tomorrow' and when i woke up the next day the pc restarted itself and bye bye volcanic lake - damned program!!

LOL on restarted itself. BIG LOL.
Yeah, 7 days, but that's not my all time personal render record; take a gander at the screen shot (fasten your seat belt first) in my scraps folder

An oldie but a goodie. I can see what you mean about render times, the reflections must have choked Bryce into submission, but well worth the wait. I, too, have hard drives full of files nobody will ever see...too easily distracted!!

thanks!! ooooo same here with the easily distracted bit. fine if i am working on one thing, but other times i get so many ideas in my head that whatever i was working/rendering on it's like 'meh' and starting something new. start up a stock account with the stuff you aren't sure of. some of my stock stuff i put up i was surprised that people are even using it. makes you wonder in your own head if its crap or not, if that makes sense.
