I used to play Dungeons&Dragons a lot as a kid and teenager.Remember when the Kobold used be "Mammal" sort of? I have nothing against the reptile Draconic version we have now, I'm just remembering and missing the old art too.
I like the the naive looking of the AD&D 2nd edition, but I also like how ferocius they were depicted in Baldur's Gate. I remember to fer their barking and grunting on Nashkel Mines.
So I decided to do an updated take on the Kobolds, based on the old "mammal" look.
How would that version of the Kobold could look in today's standards? For a more realistic video game look. I had a lot of fun doing it!

I love your vision for the Kobolds. As someone who grew up on Baldurs Gate, to me Kobolds will forever be yipping rat-dogs not the tiny draconic lizardmen of 3rd Ed D&D
