They need to add more Pokemon to the fighter list. The type variety isn't good enough and plus, it still seems kinda limited.
I would personally add these Pokemon to the player roster:
Swampert
Hoopa
Meloetta
Samurott
Zygarde 10% Form
Diancie
Chesnaught
Gliscor
Abomasnow

In my opinion they should have putted all the pokemons with a mega evolution first, and then others.
I'm sure, though, that soon will come DLC pokemons from Sun and Moon. Let's hope for good.

I am all in favor of adding some different body types like Suicune (Quadruped), we could have Arcanine or Absol, and even a bird, like Pidgeot, but in my opinion the main focus should be humanoid Pokémon, some oddballs are always cool to see, but they can't let obvious choices, like the Hitmons or Scizor out. After the obvious ones are in, I'm all in favor of adding different types of body to expand the roster

3 Fire starters, 1 grass starter and 0 water starters. Balanced roster, yep. I can't believe they added Chandelure, it's cool to see a not very popular Pokémon from Teselia, but... Another fire Pokémon? Oh, well, if their moves are original, I'm going to be OK with they.

I'm not worried about the movesets, I think they'll do just fine, what really is worrying me is that some obvious choices like Greninja, Scizor and the Hitmons may be left out in favor of some oddballs such as Chandelure (not that I hated his inclusion, I just hope it doesn't hurt the chances of some other Pokémon).
