Description The first of four sketch cards that I'm doing for the ever wonderful Miss DarthJazz (I implore you to take a gander at her gallery if you haven't already - [link] ) She gave me free reign with the theme, so I plumped for drawing four of her favourite video game characters.

So, without further ado, I present to you (a very happy looking) Alistair, the Grey Warden from Bioware's Dragon Age: Origins.

I hope Jazz likes it, and I hope you do too!

--his expression is so sweet and happy and utterly perfect for his personality!

Everything about this is just perfect--the shading,the expression,right down to the colours used.

HOORAY! I'm so glad you like him!

I did draw another, more staid-boring-bog standard Alistair, which I was really not too pleased with. Then, I saw this GORGEOUS photo of Michael Fassbender grinning like a loon; it was such a broad, genuine smile and I thought "that's how Alistair would do it!" The End.

Suffice to say, it looks faaaar better in reality, but I'm completely chuffed you like him and it was a pleasure to draw!
