Mermilitary strikes back!

I might have drawn Shoal Soldierette but who are the heavy hitters among the mermaids? You know, the big girls? The mean ones? The shock troops? The cleaners? These are the questions I have been faced with and now I can present an answer. Those who come to face them only ever do so once. They also have pet names for their guns.

You might have noticed that I also haven't created a new kind of mermaid. This is the "winged mermaid". The same kind as in the "Winged Dive" which I have drawn some time back. It might be hard to tell because of the outfit change. I certainly made her a bit more bulkier. She is supposed to be soldier after all.
Big girl also needs a big gun and I haven't held anything back at that department. It is a harpoon ment to reel in her target closer or pull herself towards the target if it's one massive tough bastard to kill. Because of that I've also given her some wrist blades topped with shark teeth. She can't just fight with bare hands, although I'm sure she's capable of that.

But that's not all. The gun is not just a harpoon. It can fire coventional bullets. By bullets I mean a very pointy hardened bullets. They're more like bolts honestly. That doesn't mean the gun is weak though. It has a long barrel for a reason. It's all meant to accelerate the bolt and I mean accelerate it A LOT. Everything fired by this is going to be very VERY fast. So fast it boils the water around. Those who remember a thing or 2 about physics know that speed = power and all that power needs to go somewhere when it hits a target, mostly into creating a hole, possibly through multiple obstacles.

Yeah, it's railgun. An underwater railgun which is actually quite unlikely to work on any level but that doesn't matter. This is the magical world of mermaid soldierettes. I'm sure they have pseudo-techno-magical solution for this problem.
