Lovely work, the skin tone is beautiful, and I quite like the meaning behind it Perhaps it's just the format/cropping, but it feels like her arm is a little too long. The angle & size of her hand suggests that there should be a little bit of foreshortening happening with the forearm. But anyhows, this is a really strong strong image and I totally understand that "I've been working on this for so long I just can't be bothered anymore" feeling XD

First of all, wow. At first glance, I thought this was a photo. So, I'd say you pretty much nailed the photo-realism for the most part.
The bracelets are fantastic. The tentacle painting in the background is awesome. I wouldn't mind having a painting like that in my house. Also, her hand is amazing. The subtle details of the veins and the creases in the knuckles really enhance the realistic look.
Some small crits, though. Near the middle of her arm, it looks a little bit fuzzy. Also, though I love the folds in the cloth, I think it looks a little too 'painterly.' It looks good, but not neccessarily photo-realistic. Lastly, the bottom part of her face (the mouth and chin mostly) look a bit off. It looks strange, like she's missing part of her cheek.

It took me a second look to realize the paintings in the background were four seperate ones, it's so realistic I thought they were one at a first glance. I love the details on the jewelry!

Her face kinda reminds me of Kristen Dunst for some reason lol.

The detail & lighting you have in this is just awesome! And that whole double meaning is trippy. It makes you wan't to talk to her to see what's she's really like. Beautiful

If the double meaning has to do with the tentacles in the background, then that's a really cool concept Photorealism is so difficult but the result is lovely here, especially with the freckles and the hair textures.

My only crit would be that the skin seems less refined along the arm, but the hand and shoulder look great. You said that you wanted to get it done however so I can see why it looks this way.
