I love the sharpness of the grass and the fact that the house is out of focus.

For some reason, the way the picture is composed perhaps, my eye is drawn to the building, a church?, and then struck by its blurriness. Perhaps it is the direction of the clouds combined with the negative space between the grasses in the foreground. Despite this, it is a peaceful picture, like I'm laying in the grass viewing the scene, in which case things in the distance would be blurry.

Cool, 1 suggestion, assuming you got a tripod, close the aperture so everything will be in focus. Your shutter speed will have to be faster so that's why I said get a tripod so you don't get blurryness from hand shake lol.
