This is almost the exact same comment she's posted on one of my drawings, and on works by countless other people. She doesn't care, and just used copy-and-pasted without even adding any new praise.
She doesn't care about your art, and is just trying to advertise her youtube channel. If she cared, she'd at least say something original.
This is her commenting almost the exact same thing on one of my pieces of art (though I'm not sure if it's still there because I reported it as spam).

She even seems to respond with the exact same "<3" almost every time an artist replies to her, so even that's not original or genuine.
Her account even slyly asks you not to report her, because she knows what she's doing is slimy, and spammy.
My best recommendation? Report her comment as spam (because this is spam) and hopefully deviantart will do something eventually. I'm gonna be putting this comment wherever I can find her, because what she's doing is irritating, and even slightly predatory towards those who don't immediately catch on.
Don't fall for this stuff.

Sorry, I just don't like how people like her capitalize on eager artists to grow their Youtube channels. It must be kinda demoralizing.
For the record, I think your art is nice. I'm not a huge fnaf fan, even less so the shipping portion of it, but I can appreciate good art when I see it. You have a cute way of drawing people, and I'm a sucker for gloves on fictional characters.
The hands are drawn in an interesting way that accentuates the cartoony style, and the flabbergasted nature of Funtime Foxy. You're really good at drawing anatomy, and for some reason the forearms feel particularly satisfying.
I hope you keep doing what you do, and appreciate actual feedback
