U know what? I'm hearing they've got a group here that seeks out wallpapers using promos/photos or icons/animated stuff from TV/movies, etc. that report this type of work because it's a copyright infringement. If that's the case I'm smoked! 
I LOVE THESE WALLPAPERS and want to KEEP THEM! I think we'd better put a disclaimer on the wallpaper, icon, animated type of artwork. I'll do that in my journals too. But I'll state we'll remove it if it is not compliant. And go from there so our account won't close down.
Hope I didn't scare you. It can get heavy in here.

i know about that group 'cause i had other account only with twilight wallpapers, icons, etc. and they deleted averything i had. That's why i made a new account...
i don't know what to do so they don't remove these one too... write down the names, places, magazines, photographer, anything

Okay, bottom line is you'll have to get permission from the original photographers or owner of the promo/photo, etc.
There's no way out for the actual photo 'n stuff. But there's a way out in using your design.
I was thinking, we artists can draw or paint using pastels, color pencils, watercolors, acrylic, oils...anything on the actual Nina, Paul, Ian figures. Then you guys add the rest! It'd be a GREAT project, very challenging and time consuming because the artwork will take lots of time.
You'd be able to use those figures in place of the photos and have fun!
Ever thought of that? Then and only then is when they can't touch yours or our works.
