PRINCESS TUTU IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE ANIMES!
Also, I've been doing a lot of playing around with markers and such, and though I'm not an expert at them yet, I find I really love them!
TUTU has been an inspiration for me for a long time...
Also Also, The Josh Groban song "so she dances" may make a wonderful AMV for this show! XD <3

I've never even heard of this anime. (That doesn't surprise me, though--it's usually the demonic, scary stuff that captures my fancy rather than tutus... XD)

I like the way you've done her tutu. It's very... scribbly. But at the same time, it looks very nice and suits the style of the drawing. It also gives the illusion of that tutu-y kind of fabric... What's it called? Tulle? Something like that.

I think you may like this one... though frilly and girly, yus, It actually is kind of sad and tragic, at least towards the end... the whole show is just so well done! but that could be because of my bias towards ballet... >___> soooo pretttty!
