You know a thing that I don't quite understand? That everyone got upset in the movie of I choose you when Pikachu "Talked" which I guess was about some 10 seconds, which I think was put in a way that people know the feel in that moment, even thought for the others 20 or something years of pokemons we saw other pokemons talking and we see detective Pikachu that can easily talk and nobody say a thing about it.

Well that's because Ash's Pikachu was clearly shown to not be able to talk for 20 years straight. But I always interpreted that moment as simply Ash understanding what Pikachu was saying, not as Pikachu actually talking.

Yeah, exactly,Β I think they put it there so everyone would know what Ash was was hearing, is just so dumb of the way people reacted to that...is weird? yes, it was a bit weird, but it was put there for a reason, don't act like something horrible just happen, and you expect people to have a bit of a understanding of why that was that part there and don't act like some kindergarden, then again I'm sure Kinderganderns would behave better than most adults these days.

Yeah, some reactions were really exaggerate. Though I remember seeing a post from the English VA who voiced that part and she simply expressed her joy for getting to voice Pikachu. Considering she said that despite the reactions of the fans to the scene, it was very admirable of her.

I didn't saw the movie, I think I recall hearing how it sound in a video that I found one time in Tumblr, what I recall was the loud scream of the people on that part.
