It says "Es kann nicht regen die ganze Zeit." which means "It can't rain all the time."
New tattoo. ^^

"Regen" ist the noun, and "regnen" ist the verb. the tattoo is grammatical incorrect.. and in german you would say: "Es kann nicht die ganze Zeit regnen", sounds better.
so.. kill the tattoo artist!

This piece is fabulous.
And I absolutely love that line,and movie.
Oh and I love German, the people, language, country, just all of it.
And the piercings look really good if you were thinking of keeping them. The fit just right with the tattoo.
