Ruby had a calf on June 23rd, but sadly she did not want to raise her, and they had to hand raise her calf. After a few weeks they decided to try and introduce Allua to Pearl and she immediately took to her. She has been nursing and keeping a parental eye out for Pearl ever since.The calf went on public display on the 15th for the first time and this has to be one of my favorite photos from that day.
