When the costume still looked like this, the costume was partially made, partially pre-owned and/or purchased. The skirt was completely handmade and embroidered. The rest was either pre-owned or purchased. It wasn't a high budget costume, so I didn't bother trying to custom make a plain t-shirt or socks for a simple cosplay, haha.
Later editions to the costume were handmade. (These include the scrolls, Gummy, the different headband, and the choker.)

I hope you realize that I'M the one cosplaying Pinkie Pie. Yeah sure, I'm a bit overweight, but I'm certainly not HUGE. I'd like to see you pull off a Pinkie cosplay like this. ;]
Frankly, I think a larger girl suits Pinkie BECAUSE she is the obnoxious one that works in a bakery. You are literally the first person to give me remotely bad feedback on this cosplay. I find it amusing.
