I think that this is really beautiful and you did a great job! My biggest comment is on the anatomy of the dragon's head, the forehead underneath the ridge of dark scales should be higher, and you shouldn't be able to see the other side of the face or the other eye. The place where the wing meets the shoulder should be bigger and lower down, so that it appears more connected and set into place on top of the shoulder. The background does need some technical work, but I think it's really beautiful and I love the colors. Overall, a fantastic job!
