Finally, the finished drawing! I actually planned on doing something sunny, maybe with a bittersweet note, but it turned out really dark and a little unsettling >_> Seems that I can't hide my feelings in personal drawings after all, huh? In any case, this drawing began just as an attempt to draw Shion in tatar ethnic outfit, as her name in Japanese means Tatarian Aster (never knew it before). By the way, the flower she's holding is tatarian aster. Decided to add this little important detail.
Interesting fact: I wanted to make a lilac dress at first, but in the middle of the process I changed it to red because it looks so good. Nothing's compared to red goodness after all, at least for my girl Shion.
