Description ...make every hour count

This is my exam piece, based on the theme of time.
The girl was based on this reference [link] of the actress Emmy Rossum. She represents time. There are the four seasons in her hair, night and day on her circlet and the zodiac symbols on her dress.
She is holding an hourglass with a seedling and a baby at the top to symbolise new life and a skeleton at the bottom to symbolise death. The idea is to show that the two contrasting states of life and death are linked by the passing of time and the changing seasons.

Time: 11 hours
Medium: Faber-Castell colouring pencils on A3 paper

I also used Faber-Castell coloured pencils for my arm exam! I do really like them, but I only have the pack of 12, you? This is amazing by the way!

I have a pack of 24, but I know they can come in sets of up to 120 or something ridiculous like that
But I'm really happy with the range I've got, I think I would get confused and wouldn't be able to find the colour I wanted if I had any more .
I had a look at your gallery, there's some really beautiful stuff in there. Good luck with your exams!
