Honestly this is very well done! the anatomy is amazing! the way the legs are to the arms are absolutely stunning even the other leg in the background looks even (and that's kinda difficult to do!) the hair also look great I like how you did the texture though it could be blended together better the background looks like you put a lot of effort into it!
now while there is positives there are negatives as well first off the character and the environment something I see artists do often (even myself at times) is they take a character like this one here and put it in a environment that it doesn't look right in look at the pink purple pastels of the sky and the bright blues of the character I'm not to great at explaining it but I would check out claytondraws.tumblr.com they made a great tutorial on how to put a character into a setting the expression could also use a bit of work with well looks expressive? it just seems bland try using more dynamic faces
