Description I made this coat out of two different fabrics. The first is a vintage brown toile with yellow birds on it that was hand printed using wood blocks. The other depicts some nobility having a garden party and it's called vauxhall and is in the brown colorway. Both fabrics are upholstery weight. The two front panels of the body of the coat, under panels of sleeves, sleeve cuffs and pocket buttons are made of the first fabric. The back panels of the body of the coat, pocket flaps, upper panels of sleeves and larger buttons (with ribbon embroidery) are made of the second fabric.

The pattern I made was based on coats worn by nobleman in the 17th century, however I don't know how much of the historical elements show through in this. It mostly just looks dolly kei I think.

I finished this I think in the second week of December and have only just now gotten around to taking pictures of it.

Thanks for looking!★
