Now I've been working on this for quite a while now and even though I personally don't feel like it's done I realise that I have to move on. It's a typical piece my mine and you'd know that if you know me. It started out as most of my pieces does. a quick sketch I can't help adding too only to end up as a full piece. I played with light and shade but most importantly clipping. I have no idea if that is considered cheating but I did it. I also really want to make some sort of difference to the background and I really struggled with it. Well the end result was somewhat pleasing but I'm sure I'll also be working on the background in the next piece... Depending... Anyway!I also cut a deal with So she'll also be drawing a background with the same character. I might feature her version in a journal once she's done.
Oh yeah also used my other signature! I actually like this more... I remember talking about it with my friend (can't recall which) and she or he told me the other looked better... I used it for some time but now I restore the other! I like it more get off of me :U

You have improved so much, I seriously envy you. It's not a pleasant feeling to envy someone, it feels like my heart being covered in Chrysalis' greenish sticky goo.

Believe me I know a thing or two about envy But let me tell you something. You can actually use that exact emotion as a drive! There's a lot of artists out there who's ten times better than both of us together and still younger but art is about expressing so if you feel envious then express that. Forget about the skills they'll come along sooner or later but just remember to create what you feel.

Well truth be told this is not really what I imagine to be the empire of the changelings more like the garden just outside. This is pretty dead indeed but changelings feed off of love not food so I doubt they really care ^^
Hehe It was all dome in say so I actually thing I could have done me detail in photoshop

That's really good! I love the dark depth in this one Oh and I LOVE those flying changelings in the distance. It really gives a feel of distance seeing them ^^

Oh why thank you very much! I was also really looking into that whole Dark think. The overlayer also needed to be a little dark in order to make the weak shades on her cast more out. The changelings were just a little idea that I put to use and then it just happened :3
