well technically he was 24 years old when he first met Frieza in hell.
20 years for his development in Gero's machine and the 4 years he spend underground in his larval form after he came back with the time machine.
But still Frieza is probably between 160-220 years old because his species live way longer ( even thought it would still be teen - early adult years by his species standarts, that's what I think atleast)

Yeah...  that's food for thought, but I still ship it <3
