Harao and Banba...Well It's a game about it called "Akudaikan(惡代官)"
"Akudaikan" is Japanese means bad officer, which always bully civilians.
This is a very intersesting part of Akudaikan.
To pull out the woman's belt!
The Kimono's belt is very long, so when the Akudaikan pulling the belt, the woman will whirligig in situ!
She will scream: "A~~~LE~~~~~!!!"(I don't know why, but it's funny)
