No while visiting you cant touch them theres a tiny fence, you just walk around the whole thing and you can take all you time, during the summer solstice/winter solstice its open to touch and wonder about and even climb and no they wont fall, hope you visit there some day

I did, and out of the solstices i touched it. lol almost got arrested as well LOL but i dont regret it. hahahaha
