EPILOGUE:
The baby turtles notice their rat daddy being upset and all four crawl close enough to give him a hug. Despite the unshed tears in his eyes, Splinter can't prevent a smile forming as he returns their hugs.

Splinter learns to live with the loss but that doesn't mean that it still doesn't hurt him. What makes it hurt worse is that it is Mikey that makes him remember his daughter.

There was this flash comic where Mikey's worried about Splinter walking out on them after he became human...it ended with splinter and the turtles hugging and a little picture on the back of Splinter's photo.........i just can't remember was it was named of it and who it was by...

I always liked Splinter even more than the Turtles. But this incarnation of Splinter is by far my favorite
