Tabbris was not expecting to spend the magic class's graduation party night talking to the pretty girl that had caught her attention a few weeks back, but somehow the two of them ended up talking about magic. Melody was just as fascinated by it as Tabbris, and Tabbris proudly shared that she had mastered many elements at the intermediate level now. In fact, she was just missing fire! She wasn't as good at fire as other elements, though, so she was hoping to find someone to practice with at her own pace.

Melody seemed excited by that, telling Tabbris that she was in the process of learning intermediate fire herself, outside of classes to boot. She encouraged Tabbris to at least show her what she could do, summoning a small colored flame and offering it to Tabbris, but Tabbris was so flustered that all she managed to do was make the smoke from the candle on the table waft up unusually high. Melody assured her that was fine when she seemed embarrassed about it, and much to Tabbris's surprise, offered to meet her sometime to practice together and help one another. How could Tabbris refuse that offer from such a pretty girl???
