Amazing, I like the idea of using a stock photo for the background, I might have to look into doing that for some of my pics.
I love her dress and hair, and the detail on all of it is quite good

I just had a nosy at this becasue you used my lil sis's stock picture as background, and I must say I'm rather impressed with how you;ve used it and how well it fits with the image.
I wouldnt think to do something like that normally, but it could be exactly what I'm looking for for one of my unfinished pieces.
The figure is well drawn, and I love the hair- tis very flowing.
The hands are especially nice and flowing too.

I really like her dress. Did you use a reference for it? And her left hand (our right) looks a little out of place. It's probably just me, though.

who cares about the glove [not gloves, heh]?!?! ^_^ She didn't always wear it, and at the length her hair is in this drawing it looks like the time when her husband was still alive.

that is a most excellent swept-hilt rapier, and you even got the ricasso correct! it's my favourite type of sword, and which i'm yet to have a fair amount of practice with. however this weekend...
