Description
The Foranya are an aristocratic, militaristic civilization.

They exist under an Empire. They have both an Emperor and Empress. A third individual is nominated by the public to act as a third ruler/decision maker. Their society is extremely transparent and democratic, with EVERY political, societal, militaristic and governmental debate and decision making process is broadcast as a live hologram to every Foranyan to observe.

There are rebels in this society, however, as the ruling body is perfectly fair and equal, the rebels call for a stricter more divisive system of government. They also tend to be rough, amoral and violent.
