Description
By some cruel twist of fate, Ren, Hareta's closest and most valuable friend, loses his memories and comes to wield the Rapier of Light, the exact opposite of the Darksword, and vows to destroy the wielder of such a dark weapon...Unfortunately for Hareta, he just so happens to be the Darksword's wielder.
For the colors used, I actually used 's OC, A.B.E. as the main inspiration. I loved the request drawing I did of her so much, that I decided to implement some of her color design into the intense and serious Ren.

Darksword Chronicles: Prologue and chapter 1Prologue
A world very similar to our own floats in orbit around a star in the dark reaches of space. This planet was at one point, called Terra, the home to a prestigious race of humans.
these humans were technologically advanced, even moreso than us. The had it all: money, defense, technology. However, this gilded age would not last long.
Why is it a gilded age, you ask? well, despite having everything you could possibly imagine, the people of Terra wanted more. They wanted control of everything in the universe. The humans sought a tyrannical militarized dictatorship over the universe. All other planetary and colonized nations were to bow to the tyranny that was Terra. They became a force of fear in the universe.
One day, it all disappeared, an unknown force completely laid waste to Terra and its race of evil humans, and out of its ashes, rose a new monarchy.
