I legit love this~ Peter makes the cutest little anime character. >u< I love the way you did his facial features; I can't put my finger on why, but it just strikes me as particularly well done~ Also the shading and highlights. I've noticed that your coloring always looks so soft almost like watercolor~ Love it~ What program do you use?
