Description We're all the same on the inside, little birdy

So

this guy is another one of my characters and, apparently, is my most frightening and/or disturbing ( which is why I reserve him just for mature rpers but even so he apparently still creeps them out). His name is Charles.

Very awesome Can't imagine what's so awful he has to be reserved though.... Hmm. Maybe my mind is just too dark to consider that some things are not for the general public
