Nice sense of space, and some great use of colour. I'd have liked to see some more definition on that... statue-thing? In the background... the way you've got nothing on the horizon makes it seem a bit too insubstantial for me. Other than that, though, it's really very good IMO. Very atmospheric, and yes, sets the imagination going.

sorry .. that is an easy riddle/puzzle.
in fact it is neither a riddle or puzzle; it is highly evident to many.
you have no need to shroud the answer.
you are NOT, so to speak, in the know.
the MANY (greater majority) of people of this world worship and serve:
the devil (and ALL that this word entails).
if you think it is something else, you are mistaken.
conversely it can be argued that the greater majority of people worship and serve God (whatever they or it might be?).
that can be argued but 'the devil' is everywhere we turn .. blocking the way to God (and all that this word entails).
people can be intrinsically good or bad or they can carry these polar opposites equally.
many peoples of the world are serving the very thing that imprisons them.
all in all, I would hazard a guess that if all of humankind were individually surveyed to determine whether
it was God or the Devil they were serving; at present I believe that the Devil would have a bigger army.
it might be that the many peoples of the world ARE serving God, but there is not, on the face of it, too much
evidence to support this. there is, however, a plentiful amount of evidence to support Devil worship.
there is a current theory that the world is currently 'waking up' and realizing that they are, at present, serving
a false God (the Devil). I live in Hope

i think you misunderstood a bit.
Not of "this world" that we live in today.
But "this world" the fantastical world that i am building.
i am happy you responded though , what you say is quite interesting
i heard similar theory's, since i am researching allot for my book about
religions, beliefs and all aspects of existence.
Although in this world and story that i am building i don't use any heaven and hell similarities
i tried to have a more unusual approach to beliefs , its based on how i understood the wold back then when i was a little kid
and i was more influenced from cartoons then real life and the grown up world didn't make much sense.
And now i am basing a hopefully solid story on those weird and "wrong" childlike understandings.

Interesting. By the looks, some of those creatures could be "normal" antelopes, but the one nearest to the center looks more like a horse with a pterodactyl or parasaurolophus head.
