I see Bulk being an absolute sweetie pie with his family. Just a total sappy gentle giant with Featherweight and Fluttershy and especially Rosemary, his little "Rosie-Wosie". Like, it's a good thing Featherweight and Rosie are good kids that mostly kept out of trouble, cuz Bulk probably couldn't muster the heart to scold them (I imagine Fluttershy had to be the disciplinarian, for the most part XD)
Headcanon: Bulk is a crier. He cried on his wedding day, when he found out Fluttershy was pregnant, the first time he held newborn Rosie, when Rosie said her first word ("dada!"), when Featherweight won his first photography award, when Featherweight graduated....etc. Bulk is a softie for his family....but don't mess with them. Ever. I imagine an angry Bulk Biceps would be terrifying
