i wish there was some way of making a preset of the pose you have here in the picture so i could import it and use it. im no good at poseing models and i really need this

The format I've almost always seen them use is fbx. Man, I wish I could test these things!

As a (former) VRChat av creator myself, I've used .blend

I download the file and I open the model (XPS) I can't see her.

It works. The model is ok. I delete the file (just the file), I kept the images and xps file and I created a new file.
