I love looking at Critical Role fanart and I always wish I was good enough to make some myself. I also really miss Matt Mercer's hand-drawn maps, and when I realised I could draw maps as fanart I decided to start a new project. I'm going to be drawing all of the battle maps from Critical Role, starting with the more recent Dwarven Forge maps. I'm calling it Critical Cartography, and you can follow the project on Twitter @critmaps.

This is the first map in that project, the Sunken Tomb of the Champion of the Raven Queen, from episode 44 of Critical Role.
