"Person of Interest" is a drama series from the US about someone who uses a machine to spy on terrorists, but his machine disobeyed him.
Those two women are known as "Root" and "Shaw", and both of them worked as spies for that machine. The writers seem to enjoy shipping the two, hence these two women earning their fans.
