Description
I'm still looking for a cool crown design. The character is a young king, who's kingdom is very focused on showing of their riches- so that calls for a flashy over-the-top attire. Of course, only with events, he can actually move in his casual clothes. He is calm and kind, so the flashy clothes don't fit him that well, he's simply following his kingdom's culture. He looks rather feminine because of the long hair and clothing - he eventually in the story cuts off his hair and wears different clothes, so he looks less feminine then, but he's still suppose to have a pretty face (that's what I'm going for, at least)
I just wanted to sketch things out, and even though I don't like a design, I still want to keep it - as a reference to what I don't like. That's why number one is still in the picture haha- I don't like the white cloth and the crown looks stupid.
The last two have him with gold hair, I thought it could be something only the royal family has, or something. My personal favs are five and six. I also like two, but that doesn't really sell the Arabian vibe I'm going for (in my opinion)

They are all quite interesting and striking, and the chromatic choice gives well that arabian/persian/middle east vibe you wanted to give... (like that lapislazzuli blue)
I was gonna say that my favourite as a crown is the first one, but then I've read the description XD (still liking it, even if it's a bit off-topic maybe, has a vague ancient Egypt feeling)
That aside, I like a lot the 4th one... just a personal opinion, but feels more like the official crown, while 5th and 6th could be the "casual" (as casual a a casual royal attire can be, at least) diadems and accessories for the king's everyday life in the palace? That, or I'd see nicely a fusion between the 2nd an the 4th version 
(also, what you think about possible real feathers of rare colorful birds, or peacock's ones? Even if they could make the overall design a bit too over-the-top... I dunno, just throwing there a little idea 
Whatever your choice will be in the end, all the designs still remain intriguing, maybe you could recicle some of the unused ones for dignitaries, nobles etc?

I have to say, while I like all of the crown designs, number 5 is my favorite. It feels the most like a crown a king would wear, and the design hearkens back to the peacock aesthetic that I've seen you use with this character.
Number 1 and number 4 feel to ceremonial, like something he would wear to a wedding or religious celebration. If he were ever to marry, maybe those designs could work?
Number 2 is my least favorite. The crown has a weird look to it. From the back, it clearly looks like the plumage of a peacock, but the front view feels more reminiscent of snake scales. It also feels a little barren. There aren't any jewels to show off, which I would argue is the point of any crown. Gotcha show off that bling!
Number 3 is both plain and feels like the crown of a prince. Also, I agree... the hair is rather meh in the design.
Number 4 is beautiful, but it feels more like something a consort would wear. The beads in the braid and the fact that the crown hangs over a larger portion of the face make the king look more younger and feminine. (The femininity isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's more pronounced to the point were he looks like he would be an accessory to a king, not the king himself.)
All in all, its lovely work!

I like 5 the most personally. The way it pushes out gives off the peacock/flashy vibe while something like 6 (still beautiful) feels less showy because of how it hugs his silhouette (kinda gives off a more demure vibe if that makes sense). While the idea for 2 is really cool (especially from the back) I think what it does to his hairline is a bit odd, especially because the gold is just close enough to his skin tone to make the line between crown and head kinda vague.

I think they're all interesting design ideas.
If you look for over the top, show-off designs, may I suggest to take a look at, what I call, the "Babylonian Tower Crown"?
Just look for "babylonian crown" in Google images.
I always thought them to look kinda impressive, and, although they're not exactly arabian in style, they're close in a geografical sense?

1. Looks ceremonial/religious
2. Looks like something worn in a festival
3. Somewhat more casual, I'd imagine royal housemaids would wear it (maybe a young prince though)
4. Formal clothing
5. Princess-like, when she's at home
6. Looks like a belly dancer
I'd go for 4, it may not look the most attractive, but it is very formal and gives and impression of status
(Maybe add a cloak/cape to it. Kings like to be very dressed up.)

I like 3 and 6, however golden hair is so cliche/boring for royals and given that you seem to be steering from the typical european royal aesthetic with Arabian attire, I wouldn't go that route

You should stay with the golden hair as this is part of his familial makeup from the rest of the population. And I favor #6 as it isn't so ostentatious in presentation.

i really love the peacock crown, but i'm not such a fan of the 3 braid look with it. the hanging crown is also nice, especially with how it hangs in the back.
