It's about 95% inked. If you notice the darker blob around the symbol, you'll see that it is permanent marker. I got a little lazy, and my pen got a little dead.

Very, VERY nice! I'm a huge fan of FMA, and you do it justice. I like the use of your outlines, and the Gray-Scaleish style in it. Plus, the way you didn't center the attention on either the Flamel or Ed is nice, too. That way, us obsesivly loyal fans can look at it in a broad sort of prespective. Jesus, look at me. I sound like there's some sort of answer to the meaning of life in FMA. lol, yeah. . .
