When I close my eyes I dream of flowers
But I'm really six feet under ground
When I close my eyes I sense the hour
But it left me the minute that I drowned
In the dirt I lay my eyes to the sky
But all I see are maggots in the sand
When I close my eyes I hear the flies
Surrounding now their fresh new grazing land

When I close my eyes I dream of flowers
Left alone on a new barial mound
But their scent cant mask the dead and sour
I once felt lost but now I feel profound
I no longer hang my head and cower

For the dead a headstone is provided
And I'll carry it as a knight being crowned
For I no longer feel so misguided
With a new home, my castle, my compound

I'm pretty much wick of looking at this. I couldn't get the colors I wanted. It didn't turn out how I wanted it to. So I gave up. And here you are! MEH! I am not pleased....
