Sly had just prepared a box of noodles that Murray had brought with from his gang's hideout. He figured they wouldn't be back for a while and thought he would at least take some of their snacks with so they wouldn't go to waste.Sly was exploring the ship when he came through a doorway and found Ratchet and Jak in the middle of a heated debate, although it seemed more like an argument. They didn't seem to notice him come in. Before Sly could tell what was going on he decided he didn't want to get involved and promptly turned around and walked back out.
It would be better to ask Ratchet about it later.
