Another one of my favourite Hat in time characters, The Savvy Conductor. With his beloved train the Owl Express and his Scottish accent this guy is definitely one of the funniest characters in the game. He'll do just about anything to beat his rival DJ Grooves, even though he's won all the movie awards so far and Grooves hasn't won a single one. He also loves to say "peck neck" My favourite quote from him is "Whoever they are.. I'm nay gonna be judged by some mustached, hatless! hood-wearin', statue-posin', castle-dwellin', ticket-givin', PECK NECK!!!!!!!"
