Thanks for 30,000 hits, guys.
I stuck it under traditional media because there's more work by hand on paper than the simple gradient floodfill and the typing.
Not a gret picture of Charlie, but I like the effect.

What strikes me most about this one is that it almost has a Don Bluth feel. I really love how much personality there is in the face, and the way the lines of the hair flow together.
