as Arthur Pendragon and as Merlin from the BBC series Merlin.I just took the picture so if you have a question about the cosplay please ask the cosplayers. ^^

We take the actors, knock them out and stole the clothes..XD..no..we made them ourselfe (not the chainmail, we made my Pippin chainmail ourself but this was so much work that we bought this one and modify it (shorten the sleeves for example). ah..and the shous are not selfmade ^^Β°

Ah..and the rest was made out of linen (sorry, there is no shop to buy it, but Arthur's clothes are not to difficult to make! My Merlin stich the Pentragon dragon on the chest ^^)

We made the armour out of heat formable PVC

The armor is self made but you should ask the cosplayer if you want to know it it was made. ^^

Wie gern wΓΌrd ich nur ansatzweise ein talent zum Herstellen solch genialer KostΓΌme haben ;_; Ich werd dieses Termozeugs aufjedenfall im hinterkopf behalten..vielleicht..Irgendwann trau ich mich mal ran

Ich kenn auf jeden fall deinen NAmen, aber das kann auch daran liegen, dass du einfacha uch nur Merlin fan bist ^^Β°. wie auch immer, vielen lieben dank fΓΌr dein ausfΓΌhrliches Lob *blush* (und sorry an Loki, dass ich hier unter deinen fotos dauernd mit den Leuten hin und her schreib v.v..asche auf meine Tomaten!).
Zum KostΓΌme machen kann ich nur sagen: einfach ransetzen und versuchen und basteln und nicht ermutigen lassen. als wir 2003 angefangen haben hatten wir echt ahnung von nichts. also weder vom nΓ€hen, noch von PerΓΌcken noch von Make up, geschweige denn Bastelkram. das kam alles nach und nach, man lernt nie aus. wichtig ist nur das Ziel vor augen und dass man Freude an KostΓΌmen hat! Ich selbst bin miserabel im basteln und wΓ€r ohne Jofu (mein Merlin ^^) TOTAL verloren, dafΓΌr aber nΓ€h ich ganz gerne. Also in der Gruppe ergΓ€nzt man sich super!

We made them ourself (study the armor and then make the patterns on paper and then get the forms to the PVC)

Nope or not that I know of. But I want to I have a lot of cosplay out fits. I will try to add some of them on here later.

Thermoplast (a special PVC which you can form when it is heated..and of course lots of metallic colour spray

Fast work and teamwork! It hardens very fast, I know. and you can not heaten it so much (it becomes burned then). You need some practise, but it works (only heat small parts and work part for part!)
