well actually in the myth loki did give birth to the sleipnir 8 legged horse thing
if i remember correctly he turned himself into a mare and mated with a horse and thus came the 8 leg horse
vikings were very opened minded back in those days
though my fav was the myth that thor wore a wedding dress to get his hammer back

Especially because of how stupid it was the first time. Odin took him home and took on responsibility for that baby, the family raised him, you cannot just say "he's adopted" now that things have gone terribly wrong!
