So Amber's been gone for a week, one more to go before she's back home... I drew this last Sunday and didn't finish it, so now it's finished I guess.Haven't drawn anything else since really. I'm drawing even less, I'm wondering if I should just stop all together and focus on something else.... I'm afraid of losing something important, something she and I used to connect when we first started talking, and something that is supposed to be part of me. I can't feel the motivation or inspiration I once had that let me enjoy drawing, want to draw all the time, and be so happy with each out come. Now it's a struggle to finish any picture at all, I have plenty that never made it to completion. More so, now that I've been so inactive, I feel I've lost everyone I've had as a friend on DA.
So, I'm sorry, I miss all of you too. But, what's worse, is I can't think of a single person here on DA that I'm directing this to. Other than Amber, I don't think of any of you. I can't remember most of you at all... My memory is dwindling as well as my drawing ability. I'm sorry for forgetting you.
This was just a bit of a vent I guess. One week of being completely alone besides at work, another to go before she's with me again. I miss you Amber!

I actually think of you a lot. If it helps, I'm the one that drank tea on Amber's head, and started a little Fan Group of you guys.
Drawing is hard to force, I know the feeling. I normally have to do something to alter how I feel, even if slightly.

Thank you Horsie, I remember you too... a little bit. I remember you were one of my favorite readers, and that I was supposed to at one point read one of your well known stories. You always had the best things to say that inspired me to write more.

I'm sorry to hear what your going through. Its sad to think you could be giving up art all together. But maybe something good will come out of it, or something might rekindle into a brand new desire to draw. Like a phoenix rising from the flames as it rebirths into a new life.

Funny that you mention a phoenix, I said that exact same thing to someone else that was feeling down today...
I hope I didn't sound ungrateful or attention seeking, there are worse things that happen than lack of motivation and missing someone. It does get to you after a while though.

Aside from a cold, feeling VERY messed up today after coming back from a wedding yesterday, concerned for another friend who's having a lot of personal trouble, and trying to fix up over 100 photos that I'm going to upload to my folder. I'm doing great!
XD Don't worry, I'm fine. I'll manage with all the stuff that's on me right now.
Your not being ungrateful or attention seeking at all. I personally think its actually good to explain things that's happening in your life so that you can get the support and encouragement from your friends when your feeling down.
I just wish there was something I could do to help you at all. But I'm just a kid on DA with nothing to offer. Heck, I doubt you even recognize me considering I don't talk to you much.V
