The biggest thing I see here in comparison to popular art on the web is a need for some whiter highlights. I'm going to reference artgerm.deviantart.com as a go-to study in color. There are plenty of other artists out there but he was the first that came to mind when I saw this.
I absolutely love her pose and the watercolor-like sky!! That is perhaps my favorite part of this piece. The water tower is also colored in beautifully.
The only other critique that I have would be in the shadows. I think they are going too cool on her red suit. I'd be interested to see what the blue would look like if it was a dark, deep red. Like maybe the same saturation of blue but in a red hue?

One of the greastest, if not greatest, Spider-Woman pictures on this site. Very well done. Love every aspect of it and not just because it's Spider-Woman.
