This sword starts off my 31 days of knives. Every 24 hours for the month of October you will see something that has a sharp point posted by me. At least two of these posted here and on my Facebook will be your first place prizes for the sweepstakes in November. I plan on picking two of the best ones that weren't commissioned pieces.Several weeks ago you guys voted on the handle color of a sword. Blue won and the runner up was black. So here it is!
Even though the government has shut down, I haven't. I'm continuing to push knives out of my shop, so if you have a question about an order or are just bored, send me a message.
The sword's name is Tenkai and she is a short sword, but man is she awesome to hold!

I once played a Dungeons & Dragon character named Tenkae (pronounced Ten-kay). He was a broad-sword wielding half-dragon barbarian berserker and was practically unstoppable (D&D 3.0). Great name

She is gorgeous! How much do you charge for a piece like this? (and how much for this metal and other types? as I'm sure such will affect the pricing) I'm probably not going to be lucky enough to win anything this year, so I will pester the hell out of someone to get this as a Christmas or birthday present for me!

Yup and even when they make mistakes and screw people over.. etc... and you suffer financially for it.. they'll continue on getting their tax monies.. while you put life and limb on the line to do your thing... its all just tax money to them.
It's very sharp work. No pun intended. The waves in the blade remind me of the little ripples in a stream or something, and the blue handle behind the black, just kinda invokes that mental picture of water even more. Maybe a small stream under some stone work or something.

I don't watch fox news... don't have cable or satellite. The few times I have seen clips on youtube etc... like all news organizations they seem to "dramatize" things a bit.
