commission navigation commission info. sorry if this took awhile, i just dont have enough examples i want to show in the different types of commission. because there's alot of info i packed in this commission info, ill try to be as accommodating as possible, so please bear with me! , table of contents commission types terms of service fill out form waiting list faq (and other stuff i wanna just ramble about) , commission typesthere are other types of commission , thus ill try to navigate you to each different style i can offer to fulfill to your liking. some have different traits than the others and ill try my best elaborate them to their strengths and weaknesses. i offer different types of commissions but i can only do so much, as such there are things i can do multiple at once and some will need dedicated times on its own. here are the info. (open) -things with this mark, i can make take multiple commissions at once. so if often times they will be open at all times (unless i cannot take anymore that i can finish in a reasonable time frame). usually this type of commissions are offered as add ons on adoptables. (semi-open)-things with this mark means they require alot of time. so most often they are closed.(unless an available slot would be open as such i will update if a slot is available and priority would be on those who are in the waitlist). this might go unnoticed, but ill inform people but rather not explicitly. (unless adding watermarks) please do not add my art to any nft or ai related things.please do not ask another version of the commission unless i am the one offering. (ex. a happy and blushing) sorry, it kinda fucks my pricing abit. all commissions are for personal use, if commercial use the fee is 3x its original price if its a commission, 4x fee if its a custom design for commercial. i have the right to decline any commission.you as the buyer agree when commissioning me are not allowed to cancel/refund any commission (with exceptions). refunds only occur when i am the one cancelling the commission. it depends on how much work i put in to. (percentage will refer, how much refund will return to you) if the commission is on the sketch phase (90%), line art (75%-50%), flat colors (50%-30%), and final/shading phase(25%-0%)refunds will not occur if you will be the one cancelling.please understand that i do not work on a deadline. i work as long as i physically can. so feel free to ask updates if necessary (please contact atleast 3days- week, if no updates shown to you in the allotted time). , fill out formsbefore the fill out forms here are things to keep in mind when commissioning me. how i will send in a wip (work in progress) shots, ill be sending the ff: sketch - its gonna be messy. but the main purpose is to see, you the one whom buying likes the expression and/or the pose. please do not mind the how things are, like things not suppose to be there in the final product and such. lineart- main purpose is to point out things of your character that i might have forgotten to add or just put things wrongly, so let me know, no pose changes at this point. flat colors- this is just as its name suggest the flat colors of the commission. point out things that are wrong. if possible no more detail changes. if the commission is small( ex. chibi icon) this section is merged with lineart phase (i wont be sending a wip, unless its a progress shot) shading phase would be somewhat a final stage of the work. fill out form.please proceed to send a dm(note/chat) for the commission request, for faster and easier updates we can msg though discord.(tag: Sylvie#5692) please notify first before sending a dm request there so i can know. its not really mandatory to fill up the forms, but would help fasten the process so that we do not have to wait for each others' responses, because i wil ask stuff times at random, pretty much need confirmation at all times.there is actually a specific type of fill up form depending which specific type of commission you are taking, for your convenience. if you are interested in taking multiple and different type of commission, just fill up one and just tell me the detail on the other ones, i am not really that strict in fill up forms, although i might ask stuff which may delay the process. , waiting list (& more like to do list) how i do things is usually, i can work atleast 5 days of the week. and i am unable to work during weekends due to my mother making it a family time schedule. to-do-list - still not full atm -one slot available -takenwaiting list , faqidk, just things that aren't really important but i still wanna say.i work on alot of things at once, it helps me stay dedicated to work on your commission. thus why i want payments to made before hand so that i can work and take my time without worrying.i only work 5 days in a week. weekends are days i cannot work, since its family time. i can sneak in working on stuff but i work personal projects at that time so yes. im bad at pricing opp.i stream on twitch. if you can, try to catch a stream! maybe ill work on yours there.if things are very confusing to you, please let me know and feel free to ask questions
