So what pokemon does he have exactly? Judging by the mega ring it must be a mega pokemon that's probably psychic or ghost, so either Gengar, Alakazam, or Gallade.

Sans' PokΓ©mon is gonna be Shedinja. Because Shedinja only has 1 HP like Sans have. Plus, Shedinja has Wonder Guard, meaning Shedinja will only gets fainted from a super effective move. And I'm pretty sure Genocide Frisk doesn't have any Super Effective moves against Shedinja.

I'm gonna guess.... bending the rules. (I'm presuming Frisk has an Eevee at the start of their journey) Heighten Eevee's friendship with a glitch (or Chara's help) and it'll evolve into Espeon, which can use a super effective psychic attack to defeat Shedinja.Β

Psychic is not super effective against Bug- and/or Ghost-types. In fact, if it was the other way round, it would be super effective with both of Shedinja's types.
